See Better Learn Better Campaign: Impacting Futures
Our hearts are glowing with joy as we announce the triumphant results of our “See Better Learn Better” campaign! With your remarkable support, and Dr. Ho’s incredible dollar-for-dollar match, we raised a staggering $5400! This generosity allowed us to provide 54 pairs of glasses to children in the Rio Rancho community, fostering brighter futures and clearer visions for young minds. Your contributions have made an incredible difference in these children’s lives.
Juliette Foundation’s Night For Sight: A Vision of Hope
Partnering with the Juliette RP Vision Foundation was a privilege close to our hearts. Their relentless dedication to enhancing the lives of those affected by retinitis pigmentosa and other retinal diseases is truly inspiring. Dr. Ho and her family raised $10,000 for the Juliette Foundation this year and received special recognition along with a beautiful award as a presenting sponsor. This reaffirms our commitment to supporting organizations that empower and uplift those facing vision challenges.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: Lighting the Path
Your generosity during the City of Vision Cares mission for AFSP’s Out Of The Darkness Walk shone brightly, raising $1,172.50. Making Strides in Albuquerque: Empowering the Fight Against Breast Cancer
Our collective efforts during Breast Cancer Awareness Month were awe-inspiring. With your enthusiastic participation, we raised an astounding $1400! This contribution fuels the fight against breast cancer and stands as a testament to our unity in supporting affected individuals and their families.
Animal Humane of New Mexico: Advocating for Our Furry Friends
Being a Mile Marker Sponsor for the Doggie Dash & Dawdle, we extended our care to our furry companions. This collaboration reflects our commitment to not just human welfare but also to the well-being of our four-legged friends. Dr. Ho’s goal was to make a PAWS-sitive impact for this organization with her $1,000 sponsorship donation.
Extending Support Beyond Borders: The Castellano Foundation’s Jacket Drive
In a heartwarming effort to extend our support beyond our immediate community, we proudly donated $100 to the Castellano Foundation’s Jacket Drive for Las Vegas, NM. This initiative, brought to our attention by Klerede Multimedia, allows us to further our commitment to aiding fellow New Mexicans in need. We’re proud to make a difference beyond our immediate community, spreading warmth and support where it’s needed most.

This year has also been a time of celebration and acknowledgment. Dr. Ho received the prestigious Juliette Visionary Award 2023, was honored at the Albuquerque Business Journal’s Diversity Leader Awards, and our dedication to excellence was recognized as the 2023 Best Practice Honoree with Cooper Vision and 2023 Best Optometry Practice by the Albuquerque Journal.
